Vastu tips for sound sleep


When you sleep, your body undergoes a series of changes that enable the rest that is vital to your overall health. Sleep allows the brain and body to slow down and engage in processes of recovery, promoting better physical and mental performance the next day and over the long-term.


As per Vastu Shastra,

- Avoid aligning your bed with sharp corners.

- Avoid sleeping beneath beams.

- Do not have your mobile phones or laptops or other electronic gadgets placed in bed while sleeping. Ideally, they should be kept as far away as possible.

- Avoid placing your legs towards the door of the bedroom as it can cause nightmares.

- Use light-coloured paint on walls and dark coloured curtains to block light.

-Leave the space beneath the bed empty. It will help to channel the good vibration.

- Avoid placing plants in the bedroom as they release carbon dioxide at night.

-In addition to all this, choose your sleeping position carefully.

- Do not sleep facing the north direction.

Getting enough sleep is essential for helping a person maintain optimal health and well-being. Minimum 7 to 8 hrs of sleep is essential to any human beings to get the following benefits like,
